These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of ChatShield ("the Service"). By creating an account you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. The Service

ChatShield is an informational risk-flagging tool for AI customer-service chatbot conversations. It is not legal advice. Any output must be reviewed by a licensed attorney before you rely on it for a legal decision.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. One account is licensed for one business.

3. Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly at the price shown at checkout. Paddle acts as the merchant of record and handles global tax. You may cancel at any time from your Settings page.

4. Acceptable use

You will not use ChatShield to violate any law or third-party right, or to attempt to probe, scan, or interfere with the Service.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
