We collect only what we need to run ChatShield: your account email, your business name, and the chatbot conversations you send to your webhook so we can analyze and display them back to you.

Where your data lives

Data is stored in our managed Postgres database with row-level security scoped to your account. No other customer and no unauthenticated visitor can read your rows.

Payments

Payments are handled by Paddle. We do not store card details. Paddle receives your email and payment information under its own privacy policy.

Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and all associated conversations at any time by contacting us.
